Signboard Booking Policy

Elizabeth Area Chamber of Commerce Signboard Policy, Effective 10/1/22
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Signboard ad pricing is subject to membership level and bulk discount terms.
  • Reservations for the next year will be opened in the 4th quarter and opened by membership tiers with priority given by membership level.
  • To reserve your date(s), your invoice must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to the first air date.
  • If designing your own ad, you are required to email staff 3 weeks prior to your air date a completed graphic in this specific format:
    • Graphic size must be 176x96 pixels, saved as a high-resolution .jpg, and emailed to signboard@elizabethchamber.org.
    • If you design your own ad and the graphic isn’t received by staff 3 weeks prior to airtime, your ad will be re-scheduled (assuming it has been paid for).
    • Please save your ad with your company name and the date you want the ad to run. (This assists staff in identifying the ad)
    • Once emailed to staff, revisions are subject to timing and may incur processing fees.
    • If you would like chamber staff to design the ad for you, please email admin@elizabethchamber.org to make an appointment.
      • Fee: $50/each ad
      • Revisions after approval: $25/revision
      • Already approved, booked: may not be possible due to timing; additional fees incurred
  • No organization may book more than 2 consecutive days unless approved by staff in advance.
  • No organization may book more than 2 consecutive weekends in a month unless approved by staff in advance.
  • All ads must be paid for in full at least 3 weeks in advance of ad being run.
  • Any image or message deemed inappropriate by staff will be rejected and not run.
  • Political campaign ads: Any ads submitted to the office staff must clearly have the verbiage on it that says, “Endorsed and paid for by __________________.”
  • No payment plans allowed.
  • Refunds:
    • If an ad has already run and paid for, no refunds will be given.
    • Event cancellation: If the event is cancelled 2 weeks prior to scheduled airtime, a full refund will be given (assuming ad was paid). Event coordinator must contact chamber staff at the time of event cancellation, to allow time for rebooking the signboard.
